How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. International orders generally arrive within 5–14 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us at online@angelogalasso.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact online@angelogalasso.com to initiate a return.
How do I return an item?
Email us at online@angelogalasso.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How long does a refund take?
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Where are Angelo Galasso products made?
All Angelo Galasso products are handcrafted in Italy. We work with the finest Italian artisans and use premium European fabrics to ensure exceptional quality in every piece.
How should I care for my Angelo Galasso shirt?
Care instructions vary by fabric and are printed on the label of each garment. As a general guide, silk shirts should be dry cleaned or hand washed in cold water. Cotton and linen shirts can typically be machine washed on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees. Always check the care label before washing.
Are your silk shirts genuine silk?

Our boutique is located at 8–10 Hans Road, London SW3 1RX, in the heart of Knightsbridge, directly behind Harrods. The nearest tube station is Knightsbridge (Piccadilly line).

Can I visit the boutique to try items before buying online?
Absolutely. We welcome all customers to visit our Knightsbridge boutique. Our team will be happy to assist you with sizing, styling advice and product recommendations in person.
